Good to know
The spacious and luxuriously finished ground floor corner apartment of approximately 110m² is bright because of the many windows. It offer relaxing views of the garden and swimming pool. The master bedroom has a very spacious king-size bed and the second bedroom has a queen-size bed. The master bedroom and living room have air conditioning, which is available for an additional fee of 1,000 KSH per device per day. There is a beautiful and fully equipped open kitchen, a comfortable living room with large patio doors to the garden. Garden chairs and table are also available. Fiber optic internet is available in the apartment, with a speed of 100MBps. Cleaning is done 3 times per week. Affordable laundry and ironing service is also available.
Other Details to Note
Children under 8 years and pets are not allowed in the compound. A/C is available in the living room and master bedroom for an additional fee of 1000 KES per day per A/C unit, payable upon arrival. The second bedroom has a fan. This apartment is for sale and therefore viewings may be organised by the agent during your stay. A viewing usually doesn't take more than 10mins, and you will always be informed when this is the case.

The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes walking distance and there are many restaurants, coffee places, bars and a wine shop close by. Diani offers: diving, snorkeling, kitesurfing, fishing, swimming, dolphin watching, cycling, quad biking, visits to the Kaya forest andthe Colobus Monkey Conservation Trust. The golf course is a 5 minutes drive.

The compound offers 24/7 security and access control at the main entrance. The private apartment is completely at your disposal. The garden and pool are shared with other visitors.
