Our stay at El Mufasa in Nairobi was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. Everything exceeded our expectations! The accommodation was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had such a welcoming atmosphere. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. What truly made our experience unforgettable was the outstanding hospitality. A very special thank you goes to Terry, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Terry was always friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. Whether it was helping with recommendations, organizing things for us, or simply making sure we were comfortable, nothing was ever too much to ask. It had every and everything you could think of , that can help in day to day life , the owners and facility managers were thoughtful and paid attention to details . The lights weren’t as bright in the room so it was a bit hard navigating around at night

The apartment was very nice, spacious, and clean. It was tastefully furnished. The location was excellent. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. It is located close to restaurants and shopping options. Everything was fine.

When we arrived the property was still being cleaned so house keeping was there and we did not need to access the key box where the key was left for us until later. The property itself is a great space - we had just been on a 10 night overlander camping experience around Kenya, so it was great to have hot running water, good showers (with toiletries/hairdryer), filtered water, THREE toilets, comfortable double beds and the small shop and restaurant SLATE on site. The restaurant has a cracking menu a good wine list and attentive staff. The pool, communal areas, gym are also great, these areas were clean and well maintained. Excellent central, safe location too. There really wasn't anything to dislike and the communication was great. We stayed for three nights and checked out at 11 - feeling like we had stayed in a home from home!

God og informativ informasjon, hyggelig og hjelpsom kontaktperson, god romløsning for vår familie, treningsrom og basseng i øverste etasje var et pluss. bassenget kunne vært oppgradert/renovert (slitte og løsne fliser på visse partier, og løse plater på plattingen), noen apparater på treningsrommet må fikses og kan med fordel bli skiftet ut

Great place to stay, We really enjoyed it. Host is easy to communicate with, the apartment is comfortable, the building itself is great with its gym, pool and consierge. At night when I close all the windows, the air gets a bit stuffy. But when I open the windows, it is noisy. Some sort of AC might be needed.

Amazing views, comfortable beds, the apartment was clean and in a great location, just 2 minute walk from restaurants and shops. We went for a lovely walk on the promenade. The view of Table mountain and the sea was exceptional. Rachel was very friendly and helpful and explained everything. This is a great apartment and worth every cent spent. Highly recommended. Nothing
