It was our aim to create the best equipped apartment in Skynest, and we succeeded! Think of luxury amenities like a true king size bed, a/c, a huge double door fridge, a 65 inch Samsung TV with sound bar and subwoofer. The house has 2 spacious balconies with relax sofa, bar table, BBQ gas grill. It features smart and indirect lighting in the whole house, adjustable in every color. Amenities are top notch, they include a pool, gym, squash court, sauna, steam room, supermarket and restaurant.
Good to know
Stay in this spacious and centrally located apartment of 135 m2 and feel the love with which we decorated it. In contrast to most other commercial listings in Skynest, we created this apartment for living comfortably by ourselves. We only rent it out when we are not around. The place is a characteristic combination of modern luxury and old Masai art. The furniture is made from 100% sustainable wood, from forests near Mount Kenya.
Other Details to Note
The apartment is cleaned 3 times per week by our house manager Terry. Shower products and mineral water from the dispenser is for free, and we will also provide coffee and tea for the first days. All furniture is made locally from sustainable wood from forests near Mount Kenya. The property is located in a vibrant area with shopping malls, restaurants and clubs in the direct vicinity, which means there may be some ambient noise at times.

Accessibility and Availability
Neighborhood
Westlands is a safe and scentrally located expat place of Nairobi, where it all happens. Many bars, restaurants and clubs are just a stone throw away. The night club right opposite the apartment can get loud on some days so earplugs are provided for free. Electric avenue, famous for contemporary music, is a 3 minute walk, just as the huge and popular Sarit Center shopping mall. It wont get more central then this location.
Guest Access
You are in a modern (finished in 2021) and safe apartment block with fast and well maintained lifts. Plenty of free parking with 24/7 security guards are there to ensure you are safe and protected. When you have a guest or delivery, reception call you through the intercom in the apartment to confirm if you are expecting anyone.

Skynest is easily accessible by car or by foot. There is free guarded parking in the garage. Via the brand new Nairobi expressway, a drive to the airport takes less then 20mins. There is a bus stop for local buses (matatus) 150 meter from the house.
